SUPERCAP™ FAST CONCRETE CAPPING CEMENT
SUPERCAP™ FAST is a specially designed, high-performance, self-leveling, cement-based
product designed for capping of interior concrete surfaces. The slab should be finished rough and
open (bull-floated only) and does not need to be finished in the traditional way (power-troweling).
SUPERCAP™ FAST can be applied to new concrete as soon as three days after pour depending
on factors such as mix design, jobsite conditions and end-user requirements. Finished floor goods
may be installed as soon as 24 hours after application of SUPERCAP
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
• Pour depths of 1/8” to 2” – designed to remove camber in slab or concrete surface variation
• Low alkali formulation allows for quick installation of finished floor goods
• SUPERCAP™ FAST provides minimum compressive strength of 5000 PSI and allows for
application of finished floor goods in as little as 24 hours
• Water damage stable: will not deteriorate, warp, buckle, or change shape even when
temporarily soaked or exposed to high moisture conditions
• Surface is walkable in 1-4 hours and may be open to construction traffic within 24 hours
• Can be left open to normal trades traffic for up to 1 year prior to installation of floor coverings
• Inorganic formulation will not contribute to or harbor growth of mold or mildew
• Will not contribute to damaging emissions or irritating fumes upon setting or curing (in
compliance with strict indoor air quality demands)
