LEVELROCK® brand CSD™ floor underlayment may be applied at a much lower thickness than poured-in-place concrete, reducing dead load and allowing a greater number of floors for increased rentable/sellable square footage.

Allows trade traffic the next day vs. 7-10 days for conventional poured concrete
Average pour thickness just 1-9/16-in. with standard 9/16-in. deck

Enables underlayment to be poured up to 60 days before permanent windows and doors are installed.
LEVELROCK® brand CSD™ EARLY EXPOSURE™ floor underlayment incorporates a hybrid cementitious formula that provides high early strength and offers outstanding resistance to moisture. Designed for interior use in buildings with light-gauge steel framing and a corrugated steel deck, it may be applied at a much lower thickness than poured-in-place concrete, reducing dead load and allowing a greater number of floors for increased rentable/sellable square footage.
Compressive strength: 3,500-5,000 psi
