Gypsum Underlayments
Therma-Floor is used primarily over radiant tubing.
Strength range may be specified from 2000psi to 3000psi. Weights 14 pounds per foot at 1.5" depth.
Must be poured 3/4" above the top of the radiant tubes.
Highest thermal mass available today.
1.5" of Therma Floor can provide a 2 hr UL Rating when incorporated in an approved floor ceiling assembly.

All of the following Underlayments will be walkable 90 minutes after the area has been poured.
The Minimum thickness over Concrete is 1/2" Nominal
The Minimum Thickness over Plywood is 3/4"
The Minimum Thickness over Acousti-mat is 1" for the 1/4" mat and 1.5" for the 1/2" mat. The 3/4' Mat requires additonal reinforcement.

The Ultimate Strength Gypsum Underlayment COMMERCIAL TOPPING pours from Feather Edge over pre cast / cast in place concrete & 1" over Acousti-Mat II & Marino/Ware Steel Decking to a maximum single pour thickness of 3". Strength may be specified upto 4500psi.
